Twenty-one year old Utah native Neleh
Dennis left a mark on Survivor 4: Marquesas
that was as wide as all outdoors. She
was the series runner-up, she was a
Survivor sweetheart in the mold of
Colleen Haskell & Elisabeth Filarski before
her, and she single- handedly imparted the
phrase "Oh my heck" into the American lexicon. Not a bad month's work for
the Mormon pixie, eh?
Here at SurvivorFoxes.com we weren't fooled by Neleh's
sweet facade, nope not for one minute.
From the onset we saw within her an
intestinal fierceness that we sensed would
come into play at just the right moment ~
and it did, at the final immunity challenge
which she won through sheer grit &
determination.
Neleh also brought us one of the most incredulous
moments in show history, when after a luxury
challenge that included a hot shower and a
multi-course gourmet meal served up on a
cruise ship, she returned to offer her
tribemates a mint. And not just any
mint mind you, but a half-eaten one straight
from her mouth! Yum.
