K-K-K-Katie Gallagher came to Survivor 10 Palau
with a game strategy that consisted entirely
of riding various sets of coattails to the
finals ~ and it worked like a charm.
It didn't carry her to outright victory, but
runner-up isn't too shabby either.
Unfortunately for Katie, her jury face-off with
co-finalist Tom Westman went rather poorly
to say the least. Jurist after jurist
commented about her lackluster work ethic in
camp, and her decided lack of wherewithal in
challenge after challenge.
Even worse, jurist after jurist bashed her for an
abrasiveness that endeared her to but a few.
And in the end the jury's criticism proved a
precursor of what was to come ~ meaning the
6-1 jury vote that left Brooklyn fireman Tom
Westman standing alone in Palau.
