Kathy O'Brien ruled the roost during
Survivor 4: Marquesas, and most who
watched felt she was hands-down the most
deserving castaway to win the prize money
and carry away the title of 'Sole Survivor'.
Kathy made it to the final three and was the
heart & soul of the competition, but as we
all found out together, the heart & soul of
a competition sometimes finishes third.
Along the way Kathy notched a number of
small victories. Her kite-flying
prowess won her a day of scuba-diving, her
son from back home in Vermont won a
challenge to become tribemember-for-a-day ~
and most impressive of all, her politicking
skills throughout the game kept her on the
island even when it seemed she would be the
next to go.
Here at SurvivorFoxes.com we'll remember Kathy as a
Survivor in every sense of the word, and
as the single Marquesas castaway who best
represented the spirit of Survivor 4.
