Jennifer Lyon was as pretty as a picture
week after week as Survivor 10 Palau
arrived in our living rooms. Half
girl-next-door, half Cameron Diaz clone,
there was something about Jennifer that you
don't know, yes something about Jennifer
that you don't know.
On the island, Jen weaved her winding way to the final
four, in part by pairing off with Gregg, a
fellow castaway who watched her back even as
his own got skinned in the stretch run.
It's not every woman that wields such power
over men, but the California nanny was one.
Even so, the twists & turns of Survivor can be as
frustrating as they are startling. For
Jennifer, just when the light was shining
through from the end of the tunnel ~ just
when she saw herself on a fast-track to
millionaire acres ~ the tide turned.
Her primary ally was gone in a surprise
ouster, and Jen wasn't far behind. The
tide turns cruelly, sometimes!
